Weekly Classes

We are fast approaching spring and its nice to see the bulbs peaking through and the nights drawing out a little.

My weekly fitness classes always remain constant throughout the year, even in school holidays the classes will go ahead.

Below is my most up to date schedule of classes available. I would love to see you in a class.

Mondays:

Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 6.15-7.00pm

Pilates: Peckforton Village Hall, 7.30-8.30pm


Wednesdays:

Pilates: Portal Golf Club 8.00-8.30am

Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 9.00-9.45am

Pilates: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 10.00-10.45am

Beginner Pilates: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 5-6pm

Intermediate Pilates:  Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 6-7pm


Thursdays:

Pilates for all: Crowton Village Hall, 9.15am to 10.15am

Fitness Yoga: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 11.00-12.00

Pilates: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 12.00-12.45pm

Men on Mats: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 6.00-6.45pm

Pilates: Instinct Gym & Well Being 6.45-7.30pm


Friday:

Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 9.00-9.45am

Pilates: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 10.00-10.45am


Saturday:

Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 9.00-9.45am
