Workshops

Claire loves to share her knowledge of health, wellbeing and sound and vibration and is looking forward to hosting a range of workshops in Tarporley and Delamere in 2026.

Workshops from Delamere Station House

Working with other females  over the last 2 years, it has been an enjoyable  journey of collaborations, bringing many talents and wisdom to share with you. From arty evenings, to spiritual animal clay sculptures, from dip and dine to quilting there is so much fun to be had.

Claire also delivers outdoor workshops from Delamere Station House exploring deep into the forest. From full moon walks, to sound baths & breathwork under the trees, being outdoors is Claires favourite place to be and she invites you to share these moments with her through the range of workshops she is offering.

Breathwork, Cold Water Therapy & Sound Bath Experience

Step into a little sanctuary of nature and renewal in 2026 with Claire and Vic for an immersive wellness evening at the beautiful Delamere Station House.
This transformative journey begins with an optional welcome circle, where we chat informally about nature, and any experiences of water therapy, gong therapy and a time to set intentions for the sessions. Vic then delivers a guided outdoor breathwork session in the gardens, as Claire plays the Tibetan Bowls and drum. This is designed to ground your energy and prepare your body and mind for the cold water dip.
Vic will then coach you through a revitalising cold water dip in the Lumi pods, helping to boost circulation and mental resilience. As you use the breathwork techniques taught by Vic, Claire introduces the vibrations of the Gong.
The whole experience allows a reset of your nervous system.

The evening will finish with a herbal tea around the fire pit, sharing experiences or simply reflecting on your own individual experience.

Midsummer Wellness 1-day Retreat

Join Claire and Vic for a day filled with wholesome everything on Treflach Farm, Oswestry on Sunday 28th June 09.30-4.30pm.

I first came across the venue in 2024 when I embarked on my Gong Practitioner course. Every 3 months we would spend the weekend here and just being on the land felt like a complete rewire, a detox from the chaos of life as we each know it. The energy in the land here, honestly, its incredible.

The farm itself is a working farm out in the hills just on the outskirts of Oswestry.
It is run by Ian, who returned back to the family farm after time spent working in London.
They look after the land and animals, run courses & make delicious veggie, Gluten Free and free-range meat pies.

The farm has free range grass fed Hereford cattle and outdoor pigs and also operates a butchery and bakery  from a small shop which sells all their produce including the most gorgeous sheepskin rugs.
They work with a wide range of client groups including primary school children, young adults with behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties and disabilities, and adults with mental health issues.

The venue itself has a beautiful studio, full of natural light and opposite a rustic lounge area, with a log burner, huge comfortable leather settees, and a large dining table. There is even a darts board, a piano, a bar, honestly it’s just absolutely perfect for our retreat. I cannot wait to share it with you.
