Workshops

Claire loves to share her knowledge of health, wellbeing and sound and vibration and is looking forward to hosting a range of workshops in Tarporley and Delamere in 2026.

Workshops from Delamere Station House

Working with other females  over the last 2 years, it has been an enjoyable  journey of collaborations, bringing many talents and wisdom to share with you. From arty evenings, to spiritual animal clay sculptures, from dip and dine to quilting there is so much fun to be had.

Claire also delivers outdoor workshops from Delamere Station House exploring deep into the forest. From full moon walks, to sound baths & breathwork under the trees, being outdoors is Claires favourite place to be and she invites you to share these moments with her through the range of workshops she is offering.

A Summer Morning Stride in Delamere Forest with Gut Boosting Health Shot

Summer Solstice Energy Walk in Delamere Forest

Saturday 13th June 7-9pm

Tickets are £10 pp
Celebrate the Summer Solstice with Claire and Vic on an invigorating summer solstice energy walk through Delamere Forest. This guided walk is designed for people who love the outdoors and who want to align up with the solstice energy.
The Summer Solstice on 21st June, marks the longest day and the peak of the sun’s power, and is widely celebrated as a time of abundance, vitality, and spiritual renewal. It is traditionally seen as a “new beginning” for the second half of the year. After our 6.5km walk we will enjoy a herbal tea and invite the group to down negative thoughts, habits, or regrets, anything that no longer serves them on paper and safely burn them in a our solstice fire pit. Whether you’re looking to connect with nature, meet like-minded walkers, or simply soak up the solstice sun, this is the perfect way to recharge your batteries.

Summer Solstice Energy Workshop-Grounding Movement, Breathwork & Sound Bath, Mount Pleasant Gardens

Sunday 14th June 9.30-11.00am

As we approach the summer solstice, theres no more perfect time to be outside in nature.
Join Claire and Vic for a magical journey of breath, movement and sound in Mount Pleasant Gardens offering a transformative and deeply relaxing experience, combining elements of sound therapy, breath control, and connecting to nature

Your journey together takes you through the gardens, allowing us to practice each healing session in a different location within the gardens.

Here’s an introduction to each of these practices:

A Gong Bath is a type of sound healing where participants lie down and are “bathed” in the vibrations and sounds produced by gongs. The powerful tones and frequencies of the gongs help to shift energy, reduce stress, and bring about a deep state of relaxation. The sound waves penetrate the body, promoting physical, emotional, and mental healing. When held in a beautiful garden, the natural environment amplifies this sense of calm, providing an ideal setting to fully immerse in the experience.

Breathwork is a practice of consciously controlling the breath to influence physical and emotional states. It involves various techniques that can range from slow, deep breathing to more rapid, intense cycles designed to energize or relax the body.

In the serene setting of a garden, the rhythm of the breath becomes more synchronized with the surrounding nature, creating a harmonious flow of energy and peace.

Grounding practices, also known as “earthing,” involve reconnecting with the Earth’s energy. The idea is that by directly interacting with the Earth through walking/dancing/moving barefoot on the earth—people can align their bodies with the planet’s natural frequency.

When Gong Bath, breathwork, and grounding practices are held in a garden, the experience is deeply enriched. The garden offers:
Natural beauty that calms the mind.
Fresh air to promote healthy breathing.
A safe, peaceful space to feel connected with the Earth.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, healing, or simply a moment of tranquillity, this combination of Gong Bath, breathwork, and grounding in a beautiful garden can be incredibly rejuvenating.

Midsummer Wellness 1-day Retreat

Join Claire and Vic for a day filled with wholesome everything on Treflach Farm, Oswestry on Sunday 28th June 09.30-4.30pm.

I first came across the venue in 2024 when I embarked on my Gong Practitioner course. Every 3 months we would spend the weekend here and just being on the land felt like a complete rewire, a detox from the chaos of life as we each know it. The energy in the land here, honestly, its incredible.

The farm itself is a working farm out in the hills just on the outskirts of Oswestry.
It is run by Ian, who returned back to the family farm after time spent working in London.
They look after the land and animals, run courses & make delicious veggie, Gluten Free and free-range meat pies.

The farm has free range grass fed Hereford cattle and outdoor pigs and also operates a butchery and bakery  from a small shop which sells all their produce including the most gorgeous sheepskin rugs.
They work with a wide range of client groups including primary school children, young adults with behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties and disabilities, and adults with mental health issues.

The venue itself has a beautiful studio, full of natural light and opposite a rustic lounge area, with a log burner, huge comfortable leather settees, and a large dining table. There is even a darts board, a piano, a bar, honestly it’s just absolutely perfect for our retreat. I cannot wait to share it with you.
