Claire loves to share her knowledge of health, wellbeing and sound and vibration and is looking forward to hosting a range of workshops in Tarporley and Delamere in 2025.

Workshops from Delamere Station House

Working with other females  over the last 2 years, it has been an enjoyable  journey of collaborations, bringing many talents and wisdom to share with you. From arty evenings, to spiritual animal clay sculptures, from dip and dine to quilting there is so much fun to be had.

Claire also delivers outdoor workshops from Delamere Station House exploring deep into the forest. From full moon walks, to sound baths & breathwork under the trees, being outdoors is Claires favourite place to be and she invites you to share these moments with her through the range of workshops she is offering.

Workshops and LIVE Music this winter

Winter Solstice/ New Moon Sound Bath Ceremony

Sunday 21st December   7 PM-8.15pm

Join Claire for this new moon sound bath experience inside the Christmas tavern amongst the Christmas trees, around a winter solstice altar. This workshop will begin with an opening circle inviting all of our energies into our space setting our intentions and lighting candles to symbolically welcome the sun back.

We will enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao together and Claire will invite you to listen to some folklore stories, allowing calm and tranquillity to settle in. Following a short meditation and practicing a mudra, Claire will begin to play the musical instruments and ignite the fire inside us, allowing us to shine, to feel power, allowing us to bring our intentions to the forefront and for new beginnings to take place.

At the end of the session (weather permitting) we will gather around a fire pit, eating our festive cacao treats and reflect on our sound bath experience and maybe time for journaling.

Magical Christmas Candlelit Sound Bath in St Peters Church, Delamere

Sunday 28th December 7.00-8.30pm
St Peters Church, Delamere
Welcome to our Magical Candlelit Christmas Sound Bath, in a church!
Imagine stepping into a candle lit church, with the cold air outside and the warmth of the room filling you with joy and peace.
Join us for a relaxing and restorative sound experience at St Peter’s Church, Delamere.
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan Singing bowls and Gongs as you unwind and de-stress from the festive week.
Let the soothing sounds wash over you, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
Come as you are, no experience necessary.
Seated Tickets are £15 per person.
These are suitable for people who would like to sit on the church pew’s.
Bring a blanket to wrap around you and sit, close your eyes and feel the vibrations of the instruments
Lying on Floor Tickets £18 per person
Bring a mat, blanket, pillow and snuggle in an amongst the church pew’s and aisles and close your eyes and drift into a deep meditative sacred space.

New Beginnings Winter Walk & Ceremonial Cacao

Friday 9th January 7-9pm

Delamere Station House
This guided winter walk is designed to help you pause, reflect, and align with the energy of this new season as you set intentions for the months ahead.
We begin with mindful movement, a gentle practice to awaken the body and connect with your breath, allowing your energy to flow freely and your mind to settle.
From here, we embark on an 6km walk, tuned to the rhythms of nature.
This walk will take us into the heart of the forest and we will walk for approx 1.5 hours.
As we move through the landscape, we attune to the sights, sounds, and textures around us — letting the season guide our reflections, planting seeds of intention for the new year.
After our walk, we gather for a cup of ceremonial cacao, allowing the heart-opening properties of this sacred plant to deepen our reflection, connection, and self-inquiry.
Tickets are £10pp and included in the ticket price is a delicious Ceremonial Cacao or if you prefer a herbal tea and time to connect around a fire pit after the walk.
