Refund Policy

Group Exercise – Once you have purchased any of our group classes, nutritional services, boot camps  you will still be able to receive a Full Refund if you cancel your purchase 24 hours before the start time of the session.  NO refund will be given with less than 24 hours notice. This is not applicable for Instinct Wellness and Cowshed who have their own cancellation policy. Please contact them for their refund policy.

Personal training – many of our trainers work on a Freelance basis and payment will be made to them directly. Refunds will be on a case by case basis and if you initially purchased a block of sessions and then do not continue the sessions you have attended will be charged at the full single session prices.  

Notification of cancellation 12 hours or more is required for Personal training with Claire. No refund will be issued once 12 hours has passed.
