Claire is hosting a retreat in Rhosneigr, Anglesey with her events team Vic and Paul.
This weekend will be the a transformative weekend retreat designed to energize and empower you through the healing practices of sound baths, cold water therapy, breathwork, Pilates, ancient cleaning rituals, sunset strolls and coastal hikes.
This retreat is a sacred space where you’ll reconnect with your inner self, release anything that no longer serves you, and invite in positive energy for growth and balance.
Over the course of the weekend, you will be immersed in many healing modalities including the soothing vibrations of sound baths, where sacred instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will guide you into deep relaxation and alignment. These healing frequencies are known to shift your energy, clear blockages, and help restore harmony within your body, mind, and spirit.
Alongside the sound baths, you will explore powerful breathwork techniques designed to centre your mind, expand your consciousness, and awaken your vitality. Through conscious breathing, you’ll activate your body’s natural healing abilities, release stored tension, and feel a deep sense of clarity and calm.

Explore the power of movement through Pilates allowing your body and mind to release and unwind bringing about an increase in energy levels.
Enjoy sunset strolls on the beach and hikes through coastal forests and coastline connecting with the flora and fauna of the coastal environment along the way.
Have you ever tried a sauna on the beach? On this retreat we offer a morning of hot and cold therapy which will involve exposure to high temperatures (sauna), which can stimulate blood flow, promote sweating and detoxification, and relax muscles. Cold water dipping in the sea which is known to reduce inflammation, boost energy levels, and improve mood.
