Weekly Classes
The winter has crept in over this last week and we are now hunkering down to keep warm. Is this a good time, as we relax by the fire to look back to 2024 to reflect on how the year worked for us and to look ahead to 2025 to see if there is anything else we could bring to our lives to enhance and enrichen and to allow us to move forward achieving everything we have dreamed about?
I am now back to delivering my weekly classes which are set out below.
I am taking a short break from 4th February to 9th February and so my community and Portal classes will not take place but my Instinct ones will be covered.
Mondays:
Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 6.15-7.00pm
Pilates: Peckforton Village Hall, 7.30-8.30pm
Wednesdays:
Fitness Yoga: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 8.00-8.45am
Indoor Cycling: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 9.00-9.45am
Pilates: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 10.00-10.45am
Beginner Pilates: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 5-6pm
Intermediate Pilates: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 6-7pm
Thursdays:
Pilates for all: Crowton Village Hall, 9.15am to 10.15am
Fitness Yoga: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 11.00-12.00
Kettlebells: Portal Golf Club and Hotel, 12.00-12.45pm
Men on Mats: Instinct Gym & Well Being, 6.00-6.45pm
Friday:
